关于2025年邮政业用户申诉情况的通告
一、总体情况
2025年江苏省邮政管理局通过“12305”邮政行业用户申诉电话和邮政业申诉服务平台共处理用户申诉228867件。其中申诉中涉及邮政服务问题的1097件,占总申诉量的0.48%;涉及快递服务问题的227770件,占总申诉量的99.52%。用户对邮政管理部门申诉处理工作满意率为89.35%,对快递企业申诉处理满意率为87.76%。

二、快递、末端服务品牌申诉情况
2025年全省主要快递企业申诉率(申诉件数/(百万件快件收投业务量/2))为13.32,其中菜鸟速递申诉率较高,为57.15,中通速递申诉率较低,为9.14。用户对全省主要快递企业申诉主要问题中,延误引发的申诉占比为26.13,延误引发的申诉占比中,邮政速递占比较高,为41.08%;丢失短少引发的申诉占比为23.15%,丢失短少引发的申诉占比中,菜鸟速递占比较高,为29.06%;损毁引发的申诉占比为12.55%,损毁引发的申诉占比中,京东快递占比较高,为32.77%;收寄服务引发的申诉占比为5.65%,收寄服务引发的申诉占比中,极兔速递占比较高,为32.76%;投递服务引发的申诉占比为25.05%,投递服务引发的申诉占比中,中通速递占比较高,为36.22%;费用争议引发的申诉占比为1.48%,费用争议引发的申诉占比中,京东快递占比较高,为3.16%;其他原因引发的申诉占比为5.99%,其他原因引发的申诉占比中,申通速递占比较高,为7.89%。
